T2020/06/01 INVITATION TO REGISTER ON THE EXISTING PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR WATER TANKER SERVICES FOR THE REMAINDER OF EXISTING PANEL PERIOD

Amajuba District Municipality hereby invites service providers with water tankers tosubmit applications to be registered on the existing Amajuba District Municipality�??s panelof service providers for the provision of water tanker services within Amajuba Districtareas as and when required. The panel duration will be for the remainder of 3 years.Service providers already appointed under T2020/06 Panel of Water tanker servicesneed not to respond to this request. Service providers must be registered on the CentralSupplier Database (CSD).Bid documents will be emailed to the bidder upon producing proof of payment of a nonrefundable fee of R500.00 per document. Deposits must be made into the AmajubaDistrict Municipality bank account: Standard Bank Account Nº 062156624 with thereference number 20200601. Bidders are required to email proof of payment, name ofbidding company and its contact details before 12h00 on 23 October 2022 [email protected]. Evaluation of applications will be done on bid companiesthat submitted their proof of payment before or on the 23 October 2022. Cashpayments are not accepted at the Amajuba District Municipality office.Completed applications in sealed envelopes endorsed �??T2020/06/01: Water TankerServices�?� must be deposited in the Municipality�??s tender box located at the Reception ofthe Amajuba District Municipality on or before the closing date, whereby applications willbe opened in public.
