Bids are hereby invited from registered banks in terms of the Banks Act No. 94 of 1990, as required by Chapter 11 of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 and paragraph 30 of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations, 2005 (as amended 2023) for primary account banking services for the period of five (5) years. The bank must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
