This policy is designed to assist municipality Councillors, management and employees with cellular phone allowance and wifi guidelines and the uniform understanding to differentiate between activities which are acceptable and unacceptable in terms of general authorization, supervisory responsibilities and limits of authority
relating to the allocation, usage and management of cellular phones allowance and wifi routers.
