APPOINTMENT OF 2X CONTRACTORS TO ATTEND EMERGENCIES WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF AMAJUBA DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY FOR THE DURATION OF TWELVE MONTHS

Bids are hereby invited from contractors with a CIDB grading of 2CE or higher class of constructions works to submit bids to carry out emergency works. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database with a CIDB grading of 2CE or higher class of construction works. This Bid will be evaluated on price and functionality in terms of the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and Preferential Procurement Regulations of 2022 wherein 80 points are for price, and 20 points are for specific goals. The tender validity period is 90 days after the tender closing date. Bidders are required to submit original tax clearance certificate/ Tax Compliance Status Pin or CSD number. Tender documents can be accessed via the Amajuba District Municipality website and the E-tender portal.
